Development of Agriculture

The significance of the development of agriculture is a new way of life that gradually replaced gathering and hunting. It represented a revolutionary way of human living. men and woman were seen chaining nature, not just using what they found. "Agricultural Revolution" can be seen as "domestication". Animals and plants were starting to depend on human action and protection. this is were humans became more dependent with the innovations of agriculture and machinery used like the digging stick or hoe. This also led to an increase in human population because this new way of agriculture meant more food to support a bigger population. Although at the beginning health was an issue agriculture still brought about a new way of life for humans.
